Alison Clark-Wilson

Alison is a former secondary school mathematics teacher who now works as a Principal Research Associate at the UCL Knowledge Lab, UCL Institute of Education.

She is currently the Principal Research Lead for the ERDF-funded UCL EDUCATE programme, which offers research training for EdTech founders to support them to establish the efficacy of their products and services. Alison has over 25 years of experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of EdTech in both government and industry-funded projects, which has involved thousands of teachers in the UK and internationally. Her academic research concerns aspects of scaling (and sustaining) technology use over time with particular focus on aspects of teachers’ professional learning.
