Craig Keady

Senior Consultant for Education
NSPCC

Craig is a qualified teacher with well over a decade’s experience working within schools. Prior to joining the NSPCC, Craig worked for a large multi-academy trust, working in leadership posts together with a trust-wide SEND role.

Craig joined NSPCC as senior consultant for education in 2017.
As part of the NSPCC’s Consultancy Service, Craig’s role is to work with schools and other education providers to:

  • Audit safeguarding policies and procedures and evaluate their effectiveness;
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to designated safeguarding leads;
  • Provide an external independent review of safeguarding practice; pre-and postinspection.

Within the NSPCC, Craig provides sector specific input for the development of e-learning courses, teaching resources, information for schools and NSPCC strategy.
