Foxes Academy

Emma has been involved in developing Foxes Academy to become a trailblazer in providing hospitality and catering training for young adults with learning difficulties since 2004. As Vice Principal she helped lead Foxes Academy to achieve its third consecutive ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted and become the TES Overall and the Specialist Provider of 2018.

Emma’s expertise is in education and quality but she has worked in many other areas of Foxes Academy, including its residential provision and Foxes Hotel, which is open to the public and staffed by the students.

She is passionate about providing the highest quality across education, care and therapy in real life environments. This positively changes the lives of students through individualised learning programmes to ensure they are work ready and life ready.
